Meet Patt
Being outdoors: whether in the woods, on a mountain peak, seaside, lakeside, or just reading on my deck: this is where I draw my strength and become energized.

I am most effective as a Life Coach when I combine my passion for the outdoors with my commitment to support and empower others to reach their highest potential and live their Best Life.

I love outdoor adventures of all types. Some I have enjoyed include:

  • Sky diving
  • Bungee jumping
  • Hot air ballooning
  • Mountain climbing in the Grand Tetons, Rockies
  • Andes, and Italian Alps
  • Whitewater rafting in British Columbia
  • Kayaking in Maine and St. John in the US Virgin Islands
  • Hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru

Coaching Philosophy

I am in the Life Design business. My passion is guiding my clients to achieving personal and business success while creating a life that focuses on the thing(s) that they are most passionate about. I provide focus in a caring environment for those adventuresome ones who really want to design a life that fits who they are now and moves them to where they want to be in the future. With the structure, support, and accountability that a powerful coaching partnership lends, I enthusiastically assist my clients in designing and living an inspired and inspiring life, rather than simply a traditionally-defined successful life.

"Climb mountains, but bring a good guide"

"I truly felt I had a big problem with "focus" yet within the 1st hour; Patt unraveled the picture and helped me find that what I had was an unprotected work structure. What that meant for me was that I was allowing outside people control my day and then my work came last. I needed boundaries and that was amazing to me! We went through the process of my establishing strong boundaries.

Two years later and continued sessions with Patt, my business is growing. I have branched out into writing and speaking, as well as the core business of consulting. I am able to control my day without feeling as I though I am hurting the ones I love. I feel strong, much more confident, and when I get myself twisted over business or family, she helps me see solutions or resolutions to my challenges that I had not. She challenges me to come up with several choices on how to manage the issues then I find my own comfortable way to deal with it. Patt does not tell me what to do; instead she empowers me to decide what works best for me. Patt is a great listener and has become a trusted confidant."
