Adventure Coach

Coaching sessions may be done by phone (no travel time!) or include in-person walk-talk sessions

Option A: Three 45-minute sessions per month - $289
Option B: Two 45-minute sessions per month - $199
Option C: One 45-minute session per month - $109
Option D: Six 45-minute sessions within six months - $549

Check-in calls between sessions as needed, up to 15 minutes each.
Email support between sessions as needed.
At the beginning of each session, you will set the focus for the session.
I will ask you many questions to help you define the goal, course of action, solution to the problem, etc.
You will determine the actions to take ... and there the adventure begins!

Another Option: Coaching Groups for Women

Small group setting…no more than 8 participants (in the comfort of Patt’s Medford great room)
Six 90- minute monthly sessions-learn the necessary skills plus gain motivation as you move forward to design the life you really want.
Enjoy the support, experiential sharing, and camaraderie of other like-minded women
Fee: $175 for 6 sessions
